Client Engagement Process

At Herrick Wealth Advisory, client engagement begins with the signing of our wealth advisory service agreement. Once this step is complete, we warmly welcome new clients and provide them with comprehensive contact information for their dedicated advisory team and client service associates.

Step #1: Initial Meetings

Within the first few weeks, new clients will have an initial financial objectives meeting with their lead and associate advisor. This meeting is designed to help clients articulate and define their financial goals. Following this, we conduct a financial and investment program meeting to discuss and review a customized financial plan tailored to their needs. 

Step #2: Ongoing Communication

Once the financial plan is developed and implemented, our team maintains continuous communication with clients. We are always available to review the plan and make real-time adjustments as necessary. Clients can reach out to us anytime with financial questions or concerns, and our team is committed to being responsive and supportive. 

Step #3: Regular Reviews

Clients meet formally with their Herrick Wealth Advisors at least twice a year to discuss their overall financial picture and assess progress toward their goals. To facilitate these discussions, we provide detailed agendas 3-5 days in advance, allowing clients to prepare questions and feedback for a more productive planning session. 

Step #4: Feedback and Improvement

We also encourage clients to participate in an annual online client satisfaction survey. This feedback is invaluable in helping us enhance the client experience and strengthen our engagement.
